งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบของการบริหารเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะที่จำเป็นแห่งอนาคต พัฒนาและประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะที่จำเป็นแห่งอนาคตของผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 3 มีวิธีดำเนินการ 3 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ 1) การศึกษาองค์ประกอบ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 148 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 2) ตรวจสอบรูปแบบโดยการสนทนากลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของรูปแบบ และ 3) ประเมินรูปแบบ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 148 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบประเมินรูปแบบ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหาผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบของการบริหารเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะที่จำเป็นแห่งอนาคตของผู้เรียน ประกอบด้วย ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนรู้ ด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ สื่อและเทคโนโลยี ด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพของครู และด้านการบริหารจัดการงบประมาณ 2) รูปแบบการบริหารเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะที่จำเป็นแห่งอนาคตของผู้เรียน มี 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ (1) หลักการและเหตุผล (2) วัตถุประสงค์ของรูปแบบ (3) องค์ประกอบของรูปแบบ (4) วิธีการดำเนินงานของรูปแบบ (5) แนวทางการประเมินผลรูปแบบ (6) เงื่อนไขการนำรูปแบบไปใช้ และ 3) รูปแบบการบริหารเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะที่จำเป็นแห่งอนาคตของผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษามีความเหมาะสมความเป็นไปได้ ความเป็นประโยชน์ และความถูกต้องโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
