บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษากรอบแนวคิดชีวิตที่มีคุณค่าและ 2) ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของการพัฒนาครูตามแนวคิดชีวิตที่มีคุณค่าในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานโดยใช้การวิจัยผสมวิธีแบบขั้นตอนเชิงสำรวจ แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเพื่อศึกษากรอบแนวคิดชีวิตที่มีคุณค่า ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 4 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา จัดกลุ่มและสร้างบทสรุปของข้อมูล ระยะที่ 2 การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของการพัฒนาครูโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานตามแนวคิดชีวิตที่มีคุณค่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูโรงเรียนสังกัด สพฐ. จำนวน 384 คน โดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้สถิติค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. กรอบแนวคิดชีวิตที่มีคุณค่า ประกอบด้วย 1.1 คุณค่าเชิงประโยชน์ 1.2 คุณค่าเชิงประสบการณ์และ 1.3 คุณค่าเชิงทัศนคติ 2. ความต้องการจำเป็นของการพัฒนาครูโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานตามแนวคิดชีวิตที่มีคุณค่าในลำดับแรก คือ คุณค่าเชิงประสบการณ์ ด้านภาวะลื่นไหลในการทำงาน
