การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาการโปรแกรมเว็บเบื้องต้น (2) พัฒนาชุดการสอนร่วมกับการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบผสมผสาน (3) หาประสิทธิภาพของชุดการสอนตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 (4) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนและหลังเรียน และ (5) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยชุดการสอน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักเรียนระดับ ปวช. ปีที่ 2 สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ วิทยาลัยเทคนิคชัยภูมิ ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 10 คน ได้จากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ชุดการสอน แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ดัชนีความสอดคล้อง ค่าอำนาจจำแนกค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความเชื่อมั่น และ t-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ชุดการสอนที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพเฉลี่ย 82.54/81.96 สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด และผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ทั้งนี้ และนักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อชุดการสอนในระดับมากที่สุด
