การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง การเงินและการคลัง โดยใช้รูปแบบ 5 STEPs เพื่อเสริมสร้างผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และทักษะด้านการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 (4Cs) เพื่อศึกษาผลการเรียนรู้ด้านผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และทักษะด้านการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษ ที่ 21 (4Cs) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้
ในการทดลองเป็นนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง (ฝ่ายมัธยม) จำนวน 30 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียนซึ่งมีนักเรียนแผนการเรียนที่หลากหลายอยู่ในห้องเรียนเดียวกัน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือค่าประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ t – test for dependent samples ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ ดังนี้ 1) กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เรื่อง การเงินและการคลัง โดยใช้รูปแบบ 5 STEPs ที่สร้างและพัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพ 82.34/80.76 2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียน หลังการทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) ทักษะด้านการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 (4Cs) ได้แก่ ด้านการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ ด้านการทำงานร่วมกัน ด้านการสื่อสารและด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์ สรุปได้ว่านักเรียนกลุ่มทดลองส่วนใหญ่มีทักษะด้านการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 (4Cs) อยู่ในระดับดี และดีมากขึ้นไป
