ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัลของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาเพชรบุรี เขต 2

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับของคุณภาพสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล 2) ศึกษาระดับของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล และ 3) วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ข้าราชการครูในสังกัด จำนวน 316 คน โดยใช้สูตรของ ทาโร่ ยามาเน่และการสุ่ม
แบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ระดับของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. ระดับของคุณภาพสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพของสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ได้แก่ การเป็นพลเมืองในยุคดิจิทัล ความเข้าใจในความรู้และทักษะความสามารถของบุคลากร การปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศอย่างมืออาชีพในยุคดิจิทัล และการมีวิสัยทัศน์ในยุคดิจิทัล โดยสามารถสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ ในรูปคะแนนดิบและคะแนนมาตรฐานตามวิธี Multiple Regression ได้ดังนี้ สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ (Unstandardized Score) คือ = 0.252 (X3) + 0.239 (X5) + 0.194 (X2) + 0.105 (X1) สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน (Standardized Score) คือ = 0.351 (X3) + 0.284 (X5) + 0.270 (X2) + 0.030 (X1)
