การประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ1) ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูจากอาจารย์ นิเทศก์ ครูพี่เลี้ยง และนักศึกษา 2) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์นิเทศก์ ครูพี่เลี้ยงและนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก และ 3) ศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ อาจารย์นิเทศ ครูพี่เลี้ยง และนักศึกษา จำนวน 360 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามอาจารย์นิเทศก์ ครูพี่เลี้ยง และนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู แบบสนทนากลุ่ม และแบบสอบถามแนวทางการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ การจัดลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นโดยใช้สูตร PNIModified และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) อาจารย์นิเทศ ครูพี่เลี้ยง และนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูมีความต้องการจำเป็นในการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกเหมือนกันในสองลำดับแรก คือ ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล และด้านการจัดทำแผนการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก 2) ความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์นิเทศก์ ครูพี่เลี้ยงและนักศึกษามีความคิดเห็นว่า นักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูควรได้รับการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกเพิ่มเติมในประเด็น หลักการและวิธีการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก ความแม่นยำในเนื้อหาวิชาที่สอน และการจัดการชั้นเรียน 3) แนวทางการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูพบว่าการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก (M = 4.51, S.D. = 0.44) อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
