ในจังหวัดนครปฐม

Guidelines for the Development of the Temple According to Standard

of the Office National Buddhism in Nakhon Pathom Province 

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์  1)  เพื่อศึกษาระดับการพัฒนาวัดตามมาตรฐานของสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาแห่งชาติในจังหวัดนครปฐม 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับการพัฒนาวัดตามมาตรฐานของสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาแห่งชาติในจังหวัดนครปฐม  จำแนกตามสถานภาพวัด  3) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อระดับการพัฒนาวัดตามมาตรฐานของสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาแห่งชาติในจังหวัดนครปฐม 4) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาวัดตามมาตรฐานของสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาแห่งชาติในจังหวัดนครปฐม  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับการพัฒนาวัดตามมาตรฐานของสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาแห่งชาติ ในจังหวัดนครปฐม ของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง  โดยรวม  อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง    2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มี  อายุ   ระดับการศึกษาทางเปรียญธรรม  อายุของวัด  และการเป็นวัดพัฒนา มีระดับการพัฒนาแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05  3) ปัจจัยด้านภาวะผู้นำ  ปัจจัยด้านองค์กร  และปัจจัยด้านการสนับสนุนทางสังคม   สามารถทำนายระดับการพัฒนาวัดร่วมกันได้ร้อยละ 55.90  4) แนวทางการพัฒนาวัดตามมาตรฐานของสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาแห่งชาติในจังหวัดนครปฐม พบว่า ด้านสาธารณูปการ ควรเล็งเห็นความจำเป็นในการสร้างถาวรวัตถุ ที่เน้นประหยัด และเน้นสุขลักษณะ ทั้งยังรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อม ด้านการปกครอง เจ้าอาวาสควรมีทักษะในการปกครองและมีคุณธรรมไม่ลำเอียง ด้านการศาสนศึกษา จะต้องตระหนักถึงความรู้และคุณภาพของชาวพุทธโดยเริ่มจากพระภิกษุและสามเณร ด้านการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ ควรมีการสนับสนุนอย่างต่อเนื่อง ด้านการเผยแผ่ ควรสร้างบุคลากรด้านเผยแผ่ให้มากขึ้น และด้านการสาธารณะสงเคราะห์ ต้องมีใจใฝ่รับผิดชอบต่อสังคมส่วนรวมอย่างไม่ทอดธุระและไม่เห็นแก่ตัว

Abstract

The purpose of this research were: 1)  to study the levels of the temple according to the Office of National Buddhism in Nakhon Pathom province. 2) to compare the levels of development temple in Nakhon Pathom province according to the Office of  National Buddhism by legal status. 3) to study the factors that affect the development of the temple according to the Office of National Buddhism in Nakhon Pathom province, and 4) to study the development of the temple according to the standard of the Office of National Buddhism in Nakhon Pathom province.

The results of this research were as follows: 1. Level of development of the temple according to the office of National Buddhism in Nakhon Pathom province in overall was  at the moderate level. 2. Level of development of the temple according to the sample’s age, divinity theology, age of temple, and status of development of the temple were statistically significant at the 0.05 level. 3. Factors of leadership, organizational, and  social support, was able to  predict the development of the temple at 55.90 percent. 4. Guidelines for the development of the temple according to standard of the office National Buddhism in Nakhon Pathom province that building institution with less budget and the emphasis of environment reservation soul be created in public utility dimension. The tutelage cardinal monks should have moral and impartial skills, in governance dimension. Awareness of  knowledge and quality of Buddhist initiated with monks and novices must be concerned in religious dimension. Ongoing support, propagation of experts should be supported in education dimension, and  public housing  must be more responsibility, not negligent and not selfishness in public dimension.
