                     การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับการบริหารงานแบบมีส่วนร่วม 2) ระดับประสิทธิผลการบริหารสถานศึกษา และ 3) การบริหารงานแบบมีส่วนร่วมที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9 จำนวน 346 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นโดยผู้วิจัย การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 

1. การบริหารงานแบบมีส่วนร่วมของสถานศึกษา อยู่ระดับมากทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้าน

2. ประสิทธิผลการบริหารสถานศึกษา อยู่ระดับมากที่สุดในภาพรวม

 3. การมีส่วนร่วมในการรับผลประโยชน์ การมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผล การมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการ การมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ เป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 งานวิจัยนี้พบว่า สามารถทำนายประสิทธิผลการบริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9 ได้ร้อยละ 75.90

Abstract

                  This research aimed to study 1) The level of the management participatory 2) The level of the effectiveness of education and 3) management engaged the effectiveness of education. The sample consisted of school directors and teachers of Secondary Educational Service Area  Office  9, totaling 346 people, derived by proportional stratified random sampling with district. The research instrument was a questionnaire constructed by the researcher. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, standard deviation, the correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.

The research findings were as follows:

               1. The administration of the schools involved. On many levels, both overall and in the field.
