การบริหารความเสี่ยงที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานทั่วไปของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม  เขต 2

Risk Management Affecting The General Administration Of The Schools Primary Education Service Area Office 2

     การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับการบริหารความเสี่ยงของสถานศึกษา  2) ระดับการดำเนินงานบริหารทั่วไปของสถานศึกษา 3) การบริหารความเสี่ยงที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานทั่วไปของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 2 ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถานศึกษา จำนวน 415คน แยกเป็นผู้บริหาร 113 คน ครู 302 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นโดยผู้วิจัยได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วน สถิติที่ใช้ในวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน

     ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 

1. การบริหารความเสี่ยงของสถานศึกษา อยู่ระดับมากทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้าน

2. การบริหารงานทั่วไปของสถานศึกษา อยู่ระดับมากทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้าน

3. กิจกรรมการควบคุม  การติดตามผลและการทบทวน  การตอบสนองต่อความเสี่ยง สารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร  การกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์  การประเมินความเสี่ยง เป็นปัจจัยส่งผล ต่อการบริหารงานทั่วไปของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 2     โดยร่วมกันพยากรณ์ได้ร้อยละ 63.20 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

     This research aimed to study: 1) the level of risk management of the schools 2) the level of general administrative management of the schools and 3) the risk management on the general administration management of the schools under the jurisdiction of Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The samples were school administrators and teachers in the schools consisting of 415 people with 113 administrators and 302 teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire constructed by the researchers. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, standard deviation, correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis.

     The findings of this research were as follows:

1) Overall and in specific aspects, the risk management of the schools was at a high level.

2) Overall and in specific aspects, the management of school supplies was at a high level.

The controlling activities, monitoring and reviews, risk response, information and communication, objective establishment and risk assessment are the factors affecting the general administrative management of the schools under the jurisdiction of Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in both overall and specific aspects which were together predicted of 63.20 with statistical significance at .05.
