การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับคุณลักษณะที่เป็นจริงและที่พึงประสงค์ของเจ้าหน้าที่ ตำรวจสายตรวจรถจักรยานยนต์ 2) เปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะที่เป็นจริงและที่พึงประสงค์ของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ สายตรวจรถจักรยานยนต์ 3) เปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะที่เป็นจริงและที่พึงประสงค์ของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ สายตรวจรถจักรยานยนต์ จำแนกตามสถานภาพส่วนบุคคลของประชาชน และ 4) ศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะ เกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจรถจักรยานยนต์ โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เก็บ รวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามคือประชาชนที่อาศัยในเขตเทศบาลนครนครปฐม ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มแบบ แบ่งชั้น จำนวน 383 คน และผู้เข้าร่วมในการสนทนากลุ่มคือประชาชนที่เป็นอาสาสมัครตำรวจชุมชน และผู้นำชุมชนในเขตเทศบาลนครนครปฐม จำนวน 12 คน ซึ่งเลือกแบบเจาะจง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การ หาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทาง เดียว และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ประชาชนมีทัศนะต่อคุณลักษณะที่เป็นจริงของเจ้าหน้าที่ ตำรวจสายตรวจรถจักรยานยนต์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และมีทัศนะต่อคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของเจ้าหน้าที่ ตำรวจสายตรวจรถจักรยานยนต์อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ประชาชนมีทัศนะต่อคุณลักษณะที่เป็นจริงแตกต่าง จากคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจรถจักรยานยนต์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) ประชาชนทมี่ รีายได้ และการรับรู้ต่างกันมีทัศนะต่อคุณลักษณะที่เป็นจริงของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจ รถจักรยานยนต์ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 4) เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจ รถจักรยานยนต์พึงมีคุณลักษณะด้านบุคลิกภาพ ด้านคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม ด้านความเป็นและด้านการปฏิบัติ งานผู้นำ ด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ ด้านความรู้ความสามารถ

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to: 1) study levels of actual and desirable qualifications of motorycle patrol police 2) compare the actual and the desirable qualifications of the Motoreycle patrol police 3) compare the actual qualifications and the desirable qualifications of the Motorycle patrol police as viewed by the people, regarding their personal status, and 4) examine suggestions of desirable qualifications of Motorycle patrol polic. The data were collected by a questionnaire from 383 samples who live in Nakhon Pathom Municipality. The samples were selected by stratified random sampling. Additionally, there were 12 samples taking part in the group discussions they were voluntary community police and community leaders in Nakhon Pathom Municipality. They were selected by purposive sampling. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and content analysis. The findings of the research were as follows: 1) People’s view on actual qualifications of motoryle patrol police on was at a moderate level. However, their view on desirable qualifications of the police was at a high level. 2) People’s view on actual qualifications of motorycle patrol police was significantly different from their view on desirable qualifications of the police at the statistical level of .05. 3) People of different income and perception had significantly different views on the actual qualifications of motorycle patrol police on motorcycle at the statistically levels of .05. However, people of different sexes, ages, educational levels, careers, income, and perception, had no difference in views on desirable qualifications of motorcycle; patrol police and 4) Desirable qualifications of motorycle patrol police were: personality virtues and ethics, leadership human relations knowledge and ability.
