การสังเคราะห์ความรู้ทางด้านการพัฒนาจิตวิญญาณ จากเรื่องเล่าความสำเร็จของครูและนักเรียนในระบบการศึกษา : การพัฒนาหน่ออ่อนทางการศึกษา สร้างจิตปัญญาในการเรียนรู้สู่ความเป็นมนุษย์ที่สมบูรณ์

การวิจัย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สังเคราะห์องค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับครูในจิตวิญญาณที่ดีของผู้สอน 2) วิธีการพัฒนาตนเองของครูที่บ่มเพาะลูกศิษย์ด้วยหัวใจ 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งเสริมการอบรมบ่มเพาะลูกศิษย์ด้วยหัวใจ ใช้วิธีการสังเคราะห์ความรู้จากเรื่องเล่าของผู้บริหารและครูที่ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ 4 เวทีๆ ละ 3 ครั้ง
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ผู้บริหารและครูมีการสร้างอุดมการณ์ความเป็นครู มีความเข้าใจในระบบการศึกษา สามารถเข้าถึงหัวใจลูกศิษย์และชุมชนผ่านชีวิตการศึกษา มีการปรับกระบวนทัศน์ใหม่ 2) วิถีในการพัฒนาตนเอง มีการทบทวนตนเอง เปลี่ยนวิธีคิดใหม่ เน้นการให้มากกว่าการรับ ทุ่มเท เสียสละ มีการปฏิบัติที่ดี มีการจัดทำโครงงานที่หลากหลาย 3) ปัจจัยความสำเร็จด้านปัจจัยภายใน ได้แก่ การรู้เท่าทันตนเอง ความเสียสละ และความภาคภูมิใจ ปัจจัยภายนอก ได้แก่ บรรยากาศองค์การ การกำหนดนโยบายที่ชัดแจ้ง เครือข่ายพันธมิตรที่เข้มแข็ง และความร่วมมือของหมู่คณะ
Abstract
The purpose of this rescarch were to 1) synthesize the body of knowledge especially in spirituality in teaching 2) study teachers spiritual develop ment 3) identify factors which promote the process of education
Based in the content analysis technique, synthesized from the process of storytelling of success among school directors and the teachers.
The study found that 1) the directors and the teachers were socialized and constructed to have their self-concept as educators. Who understand the educational system. They also understood the students and community through their educational life. All of these issues were the new paradigm. 2) The ways of self-development and changing to be the one who have endeavor, sacrifice or be a more giver than the receiver, the good practices, and the formulation and implementation of various projects. 3) The successful internal factors, were self-awareness, sacrifice and pride. The external factors the climate organization, declaration of clear policy, strengthening of net-work alliances, and the cooperation.
