การพัฒนารูปแบบการเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะความเป็นครูของข้าราชการครู ทุนโครงการส่งเสริมการผลิตครูที่มีความสามารถพิเศษทางวิทยาศาสตร์และคณิตศาสตร์(สควค.)

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะความเป็นครูของข้าราชการครูทุนโครงการส่งเสริมการผลิตครูที่มีความสามารถพิเศษทางวิทยาศาสตร์และคณิตศาสตร์ (สควค.)โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยและพัฒนา(Research and Development) ด้วยการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานวิธี (Mixed Methods Research) ประกอบด้วยการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอนคือ ขั้นที่ 1 การวิเคราะห์คุณลักษณะความเป็นครู สควค. ขั้นที่ 2 การพัฒนารูปแบบการเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะความเป็นครู สควค. ขั้นที่ 3 การประเมินประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบการเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะความเป็นครู สควค. มีการทดสอบก่อนและหลังการทดลองใช้รูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นกับกลุ่มทดลอง จำนวน 60 คน และใช้รูปแบบปกติกับกลุ่มควบคุม จำนวน 60 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) คู่มือการใช้รูปแบบ 2) แบบประเมินคุณลักษณะความเป็นครู สควค. และ 3) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการใช้รูปแบบ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. คุณลักษณะความเป็นครู สควค. ที่จำเป็นต้องเสริมสร้างให้กับครู สควค. คือ 1) ความสามารถในด้านการคิด ประกอบด้วย ความคิดสร้างสรรค์และความคิดอย่างมีเหตุผล 2) ความสามารถในด้านการแสดงออก ประกอบด้วย ความเป็นครูผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงมนุษยสัมพันธ์และทักษะการสื่อสาร
2. ผลการพัฒนาได้รูปแบบการเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะความเป็นครู สควค.(A-STAR Model) ประกอบด้วย 5 ขั้นตอน คือขั้นที่ 1 การศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในโรงเรียน (Assessment of Needs : A) ขั้นที่ 2 การแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ (Sharing Experience : S) ขั้นที่ 3 การประชุมกลุ่ม (Team Discussion : T) ขั้นที่ 4 การปฏิบัติการเสริมสร้างความเป็นครู (Action : A) และขั้นที่ 5 การสะท้อนผลการปฏิบัติงาน (Reflection : R)
3. ผลการศึกษาประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบการเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะความเป็นครู สควค. พบว่า
3.1 ค่าเฉลี่ยคุณลักษณะความเป็นครู สควค.หลังการทดลองของกลุ่มทดลองสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 และกลุ่มทดลองมีเป้าหมายในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะความเป็นครูที่ชัดเจนและสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของครู สควค.
3.2 ค่าเฉลี่ยคุณลักษณะความเป็นครูหลังการทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลอง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และครูมีความมั่นใจในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะความเป็นครูภายใต้การได้รับคำแนะนำจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ
3.3 ครู สควค. กลุ่มทดลองมีความพอใจต่อรูปแบบการเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะความเป็นครู สควค. ระดับมาก และครูมีความกระตือรือร้นที่ได้ลงมือปฏิบัติจริงเพื่อพัฒนาโครงการผ่านกระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือ
3.4 ภายหลังการใช้รูปแบบในเดือนที่ 1 เดือนที่ 2 และเดือนที่ 3 ครู สควค. มีพัฒนาการของคุณลักษณะความเป็นครูเพิ่มสูงขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง และมีการให้ความช่วยเหลือสนับสนุนให้คำปรึกษา นิเทศและติดตามผลการดำเนินงานโครงการในโรงเรียน
Abstract
The purposes of this research was to develop a model that enhances teachers’ characteristics in the scholarship project of the Promotion of Science and Mathematics Talented Teachers (PSMT). This research was research and development work which applied mixed methods research design consisting of three main steps:1) analyzing the teachers’ characteristics; 2) developing a model for enhancing the teachers’ characteristics and 3) investigating the effectiveness of the model by using the pretest-posttest control group design in which the experimental group of 60 teachers using the model while the control group of 60 teachers using the conventional model. The instruments used in the study were: 1) the model manual 2) the assessment form of teachers’ characteristics; and 3) the assessment form of satisfaction from the usage of the model.
The research results were :
1. The characteristics of government teachers in the scholarship project of the PSMT needed to be enhanced were: 1) the ability to think critically and logically and 2) the ability to express leadership for change ,human relations and communication skills.
2. The developed model called A-STAR Model consisted of 5 steps: 1) Assessment of Needs (A); 2) Sharing Experience (S); (3) Team Discussions (T) ; 4) Actions (A) and 5) Reflections (R).
3. The results from the investigation of the model’s effectiveness were:
3.1 The average level of teachers’ characteristics of the experimental group after implementing the A-STAR Model was significantly higher than that of the control group with the statistical significance higher than that of the control group with the statistical significance level of .05. It was also revealed that the experimental group had a clear intention to attend the training which they found suitable and relevant to their needs.
3.2 The average level of teachers’ characteristics of the experimental group after implementing the A-STAR Model was significantly higher than that before the implementation with the statistical significance level of .05. Additionally, teachers gained confidence in the development of their characteristics under supervision of experts.
3.3 The teachers in the experimental group were highly satisfied with the model for enhancing teachers’ characteristics and they had enthusiasm to have hands-on experience through collaborative learning.
3.4 After implementing the model in the first, the second and the third months, teachers in the experimental group had continuous enhancement of teachers’ characteristics. In addition, there were strong supports in terms of coaching, supervising and monitoring the achievement of continuing projects in the school.
