บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ประเมินหลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการจัดการ (2) ศึกษาแนวทางในการปรับปรุงหลักสูตร การจัดการเรียนการสอน ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้เรียน ประกอบด้วยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ เป็นการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามกับประชากร จำนวน 273 คน ประกอบด้วย นิสิตชั้นปีที่ 4 บัณฑิต และ อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร มีเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติบรรยาย ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
(1) ผลการประเมินหลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการจัดการ ด้านหลักสูตร โดยภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก ซึ่งในด้านหลักสูตรและกระบวนการจัดการหลักสูตรมีค่าอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านการวัดและประเมินผลมีค่าอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านปัจจัยเกื้อหนุนทางการศึกษามีค่าอยู่ในระดับปานกลางและด้านการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรมีค่าอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ข้อมูลการทำงาน พบว่าส่วนใหญ่ทำงานเป็นพนักงานบริษัท/องค์กรธุรกิจ มีระยะเวลาที่ได้งานทำหลังสำเร็จการศึกษา 1 – 3 เดือน ได้ทำงานที่มีลักษณะงานตรงกับสาขาวิชาที่สำเร็จการศึกษา และมีความพอใจต่องานที่ทำ (3) หลักสูตรควรเพิ่มจำนวนหน่วยกิตรายวิชาทางด้านภาษาต่างประเทศ รวมถึงการเพิ่มรายวิชาในกลุ่มที่เกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์และเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศด้วยและเปิดรายวิชาเฉพาะเลือกให้หลากหลายมากขึ้น ทั้งนี้ ควรมีปัจจัยเกื้อหนุนทางการศึกษาได้แก่ ระบบฐานข้อมูลเพื่อรองรับการเก็บข้อมูลในส่วนต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอนและนิสิต ให้สามารถใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบการตัดสินใจและควรมีการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลระหว่างหลักสูตรในวิทยาเขตอื่นๆ มากขึ้น
โดยสรุป หลักสูตรมีระดับคุณภาพหรือการมีผลผลิตตามวัตถุประสงค์ในระดับดี สมควรที่จะดำเนินการต่อไป เพียงแต่ต้องปรับปรุงองค์ประกอบย่อยบางประเด็นเพื่อให้มีคุณภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
Abstract
The purpose of research study is (1) to evaluate business administration in management curriculum (2) consider to improve curriculum and teaching model conform to student needs with both qualitative and quantitative research, using questionnaire to collect data from 273 people who are 4th year students, graduates, and curriculum supervisors. The tool in this research is questionnaire and using statistical analysis such as frequency, percentage, average, and standard deviation to analyze the data.
The result of the study found (1) Most students in business administration in management agree that curriculum is generally appropriate, which in the curriculum and course management process is at a high level, measurement and evaluation is at high level, the factors supporting educational values are moderate and management course is at a high level. (2) Working information shows that most of graduates get the job within 1-3 months after graduation, work as employees in business organization conform to their degree, and are satisfied at work. (3) Should increase number of courses credits in international languages, Computers and Information Technology, and open more specific courses; however, should have essential support for study. For example, students’ information and study database system which can use for data analysis and supported decision making, should have more interaction and curriculum information exchange between campuses.
In summary, curriculum quality level and productivity are good and meet objectives, should continue operation, but need to improve some composition for better quality.
