การบริหารแรงงาน: Gig Economy ตามทัศนมิติแรงงาน

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้ท าความเข้าใจความสัมพันธ์การจ้างงานและสถานะการจ้างงานของ Gig economy
โดยทัศนมิติแรงงาน งานที่มีคุณค่าเป็นทัศนมิติของผลกระทบเชิงบวกเพราะใช้อธิบายปรากฎการณ์ของ
การครอบง ารูปแบบธุรกิจใหม่แพลตฟอร์ม และสะท้อนให้เห็นช่องว่างของมาตรฐานแรงงานสากล
แต่ Gig economy ยังขาดความชัดเจนในการตีความ บ่อยครั้งให้ความส าคัญที่ทัศนมิติทางธุรกิจ
จนละเมิดสิทธิแรงงานและไม่สามารถเข้าถึงระบบการคุ้มครองทางสังคม ดังนั้นข้อเสนอแนะส าหรับ
แพลตฟอร์มแรงงาน และแสดงภาพรวมของแรงงานกลุ่มที่มีระดับความเสี่ยงสูง เช่น งานขับขี่ส่งอาหาร
และงานภายในบ้าน นอกจากนี้ กระทรวงแรงงานควรทบทวนบทบาทของการบริหารแรงงาน เนื่องจาก
การจ้างงานแบบ Gig economy ไม่ใช่การท างานอาชีพอิสระ แท้จริงแล้วมีความสัมพันธ์การจ้างงานใน
รูปแบบของการจ้างงานเหมาช่วงโดยผู้แทนจัดหางาน
