อิทธิพลของลำดับที่มีต่อความตั้งใจที่จะซื้อ กรณีศึกษาโดยใช้แนวคิดเมนูอาหารใหม่

บทคัดย่อ

การตัดสินใจของผู้บริโภคนอกจากจะอยู่บนพื้นฐานของเหตุและผลตามความต้องการแล้วกระบวนการตัดสินใจของผู้บริโภคมักจะถูกบิดเบือนโดยปัจจัยต่างทางด้านจิตวิทยาหรืออคติต่าง ๆ ที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจ อิทธิพลของลำดับการรับรู้ข้อมูลที่เข้ามานั้นสามารถมที่จะมีผลกระทบต่อความชอบ อารมณ์ และการตัดสินใจของผู้บริโภคในขณะนั้นได้ ปรากฏการณ์ดังกล่าวรู้จักกันในชื่ออิทธิพลของลำดับ (order effect) งานวิจัยนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อทดสอบอิทธิพลของลำดับที่มีผลกระทบต่อความตั้งใจที่จะซื้อโดยใช้แนวคิดของเมนูอาหารใหม่เนื่องจากเป็นสินค้าประเภทที่ผู้บริโภคตัดสินใจซื้อจากปัจจัยความชอบส่วนตัว การวิจัยเชิงทดลองในกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 140 ตัวอย่าง และใช้ปัจจัยด้านประชากรศาสตร์ คือ เพศและอายุ ในการแบ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็น 2 กลุ่มในจำนวนที่เท่ากันเพื่อลดความคาดเคลื่อนในการทดสอบ ในการทดลองได้มีการนำเสนอเมนูอาหารทั้ง 2 กลุ่มโดยมีการสลับลำดับการนำเสนอ จากนั้นใช้การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบสองทาง (Two-way ANOVA) กำหนดตัวแปรตาม คือ ระดับความตั้งใจที่จะซื้ออาหารดังกล่าว และปัจจัยจำนวน 2 ปัจจัย คือ เมนูอาหาร และกลุ่มของผู้เข้าร่วมที่ลำดับของการได้รับข้อมูลเมนูอาหารต่างกัน ผลการทดลอง พบว่า เมนูอาหาร A จะมีระดับความตั้งใจที่จะซื้อสูงกว่า B แต่ความแตกต่างของระดับความตั้งใจที่จะซื้อมีความแตกต่างกันระหว่าง 2 กลุ่ม แสดงให้เห็นถึงอิทธิพลของลำดับมีผลต่อความตั้งใจที่จะซื้อ โดยเมื่อผู้บริโภคมีแนวโน้มที่จะตัดสินใจซื้อเมนูอาหารที่ได้รับการนำเสนอก่อนมากกว่า
