ทำความเข้าใจข้อถกเถียงและการใช้แนวคิดของ “Precarity” และ“Precarious Work” ในการวิจัยทางสังคมศาสตร์

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาคำว่า "Precarious work" "Precariat" "Precarity" และ "Precariousness" นำมาใช้ในหลายมิติของการศึกษาทางสังคมศาสตร์ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นสังคมวิทยา มานุษยวิทยา นโยบายสังคม และรัฐศาสตร์ แต่ความหมายเชิงปฏิบัติการยังคลุมเครือในการออกแบบนโยบาย บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทบทวนวรรณกรรมสำคัญที่อธิบายแนวทางการศึกษาและถกเถียงในเรื่องนี้ แบ่งออกเป็น (1) ภววิทยาของความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสภาวะและเงื่อนไขการดำรงชีวิตของมนุษย์ ทำให้กลับมาทบทวนความหมายของชีวิตและความปลอดภัยและมั่นคงในชีวิตไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นตามธรรมชาติ แต่เกิดขึ้นจากแบบแผนและโครงสร้างทางสังคม และเผชิญสภาวะที่ "การขูดรีดแบบแนบนิ่ง" (2) การวิเคราะห์ชนชั้นอันตรายในโครงสร้างทางสังคมใหม่ในบริบทของโลกาภิวัตน์เสรีนิยมใหม่ และการศึกษาการจ้างานเสี่ยงและไม่มั่นคงในกรณีศึกษาของประเทศภาคพื้นเอเชีย ท้ายนี้ บทความให้มุมมองของการวิเคราะห์ Precarity เกี่ยวข้องกับประเด็นอื่นที่ไม่ใช่แค่งานและแรงงาน นอกจากนี้ แนวคิดนี้ยังขาดการเชื่อมต่อกับปฏิบัติการทางนโยบาย ระบบการบริหารแรงงาน และการเก็บสถิติแรงงานที่ยังอยู่ภายใต้กรอบของทวิลักษณ์ที่แบ่งแยกแรงงานในและนอกระบบ
