Human Resource Management of Industrial Factories in Samut Prakan Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: (1) to study the level of human resource
management efficiency of industrial factories in Samut Prakan Province. (2) to compare
the human resource management efficiency of industrial factories in Samut Prakan
Province, classified by the types of industry. This research was a survey research. The
research population included owners or managers of industrial factories in Samut
Prakan Province were 3,470 factories. The sample group consisted of 359 factories. The
research instrument was questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were
frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test (One-way ANOVA), and
paired comparison by least significant difference: LSD test.
