Abstract
This article would like to present about academic leadership in the 21st century of school administrators. Department of General Education to enhance academic leadership in the era of the digital society transformation. to have knowledge, competence, morality, ethics and to be an academic leader in supervision integrating teaching and learning through the application of new innovations; proposing new ideas about classroom use; Adopting a technology model to support teaching and learning to be an excellent role model Providing opportunities for educational personnel to participate in setting goals for professional learning and setting up an environment that is conducive to motivating learning Building relationships with all related parties according to the principles of Sevenfold Kalayanamitta - dhamma to develop learners to have quality according to educational standards.
