Tackling transgender human rights violations

Abstract
Thailand is beginning to see light at the end of the tunnel with the proposed Civil Partnership Act. or the Equal Marriage Law in order to restore rights and liberties to diverse gender groups to have freedom, freedom, and fraternity of humanity equally with all genders and sexualities in Thai society. Concepts about the rights and freedoms of LGBTIQ groups In what direction will Thai society move or fulfill the rights and freedoms of the various gender groups in order to follow the trend of society that is continuing to demand rights and freedoms in accordance with the rule of law? Therefore, even if any other organization Or a political party that is trying to fight for the rights and freedoms of LGBT people may have the expectation of profiting from being voters of LGBT people who will vote for them in order to have a position in politics to support members. Their political party to be elected to sit in parliament or to receive any other political support. For people with diverse genders
Humans do not live in isolated societies but must always be connected with others in order to survive in this world. When it is necessary to live in society, social laws (Social Law) must be in place to be used as a tool for creating peace. Therefore, no social group will receive perfect rights and freedoms even from members of the same social group. But accepting differences and diversity without blocking or resisting by using the law of the individual (Individual Law) as the norm in creating social rules. Humans of all genders, all ages, all classes will be accepted in their rights and Human freedom that everyone should have and should have according to their human rights brings dignity to living in a good society.
