Legal Measures for Supporting and Developing the Inter-states Transportation between Thailand and Myanmar on Chiang Rai-Tachilek Route Located in Mae Sai Special Economic Zone, Chiang Rai (in Thai)

Abstract
Based on ASEAN Connectivity concept and the objectives of ASEAN Community, one of the most important factors for promoting and developing ASEAN Community is recently a good transport system in order to create the unity among state members of ASEAN Community. The aim of this research project is to study the Legal Measures for supporting and developing the inter-states transportation between Thailand and the Union of Myanmar on Chiang Rai-Tachilek route located in Mae Sai Special Economic Zone Chiang Rai. However, this area is not fully development on inter-states transportation system between Mae Sai Special Economic Zone, Chiang Rai province, Thailand and Tachilek province, Myanmar. It is because nowadays there is the difference of transportation system of Thailand and the Union of Myanmar, especially the inter-states transportation of passengers within this area as a local level. Furthermore, Thailand and the Union of Myanmar do currently not have any agreement related to the inter-state transportation. In order to actually making and connecting the inter-state passenger transportation between Thailand and the Union of Myanmar, both countries should consequently conclude an agreement on inter-state passenger transportation for supporting and developing the inter-states transportation between Thailand and Myanmar on Chiang Rai-Tachilek route located in Mae Sai Special Economic Zone.
