การจัดการโซ่อุปทานมังคุดเพื่อการส่งออก: บทบาทขององค์กรทางสังคมและโซ่อุปทานสมัยใหม่

Abstract
Mangosteen has been recognized as one of the most important economical fruits of Thailand. It is popular among consumers both domestic and international. Moreover, the need of consumption of mangosteen has been increasing every day. As a result, mangosteen has become a very popular crop for agriculturists in both the southern and eastern part of Thailand which includes agriculturists in Lang Suan District, Chumphon Province. Therefore, the objective of this study is to investigate the management of the supply chain, to find out the problems and obstacles, and to find out the method in fruits harvesting operation in order to develop efficient fruit harvest and collecting for export. The scope of this study focuses on Small and Micro Community Enterprise Learning Center, Tamapa Agriculture, Lang Suan District, Chumphon Province. This study has been adapted to qualitative and quantitative research. Semi-structured questionnaires and in-depth interviews have been used in order to get comprehensive information. The qualitative and quantitative data were analyzed by the use of SWOT analysis and TOWS matrix in order to understand the supply chain management, problems, and obstacles of the operation of Small and Micro Community Enterprise Learning Center, Tamapa Agriculture in order to lead to efficient fruit harvest and collecting for export. The study shows that the fruit marketing tends to grow both domestically and internationally even in a state with a shortage of labor and higher production costs, and uneven production. The supply chain of Small and Micro Community Enterprise Learning Center, Tamapa Agriculture, has focused on the role of agriculturists supporting social enterprise at a necessary step efficient fruit harvests and collection for export.
