The Model for Human Resource Management on the Digital Disruption Era of Primary School Under the Office of Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area 2

Abstract

The objectives of this research were (1) to study the components and indicators of human resource management in the Digital Disruption era for primary schools; (2) to examine the coherence of the human resource management component model in the Digital Disruption era for primary schools with the data. empirical and (3) establish and assess the appropriateness possibility and the benefits of the human resource management model in the Digital Disruption era for primary schools It is a research by using mixed method research (Mixed Method Research). synthesize elements and indicators by studying concepts, theories, documents and related research the instrument used for the collection was a questionnaire, a 5-level estimator, with an Objective Correspondence Index (IOC) of 0.7 and a confidence value. (Reliability) was 0.894. The sample group was educational administrators and teachers in primary schools. 345 participants under the Office of Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area 2, by multi-stage sampling. Data were analyzed using M-Plus 7.0 packaged program and in the second phase, a qualitative research. The model was drawn from the Component Verification Study in Phase I. A semi-structured interview was then conducted to draft the model. and evaluate the pattern suitability possibility side and usefulness


The components of human resource management in the Digital Disruption era consist of 6 components: (1) human resource planning (2) recruitment and selection of personnel with digital technology (3) integrated personnel training and development (4) performance appraisal with digital technology (5) compensation and welfare management and (6) occupational health and safety, totaling 17 indicators.


Human Resource Management Model in the Digital Disruption Era for Elementary Schools Under the Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, they were consistent with the empirical data, which were x^2=1.20973, Df=100, P-Value=0.0754, RMSEA=0.025, SRMR=0.034, CFI=0.989 and TLI=0.985 by the components in the form of a standard score that has a factor loading of 0.762 – 0.963, which the component with the most weight of the component first is compensation and welfare management, followed by performance evaluation. digital technology and the last one is human resource planning


Human Resource Management Model in the Digital Disruption Era for Elementary Schools Under the Office of Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area 2, consisting of the model name, principles and concepts of the model, objectives, and goals for success. and guidelines which is appropriate, the possibilities and the usefulness is at the highest level
