ทัศนคติของผู้ต้องขังต่อโครงการฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพการปูกระเบื้องพื้น: กรณีศึกษาเรือนจำกลางจังหวัดเชียงใหม่

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติ ปัจจัยที่มีส่งผล ปัญหา อุปสรรคและข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางของผู้ต้องขังที่มีต่อโครงการฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพการปูกระเบื้องพื้น: กรณีศึกษาเรือนจำกลางจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างการวิจัย ประกอบด้วยผู้ต้องขัง จำนวน 30 คน ผู้คุม จำนวน 5 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 35 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบบันทึกการสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแสดงเป็นค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ และการสังเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย พบว่าภาพรวมผู้ต้องขังมีทัศนคติต่อโครงการฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพการปูกระเบื้องพื้นอยู่ในระดับมาก ซึ่งปัจจัยที่สำคัญในการดำเนินการโครงการให้ประสบความสำเร็จ คือ นโยบายในการฝึกอบรมอาชีพสำหรับผู้ต้องขัง ซึ่งมีแนวทางเพื่อสร้างอาชีพให้ผู้ต้องขังหลังจากพ้นโทษ โดยกรมราชทัณฑ์มีการจัดตั้งศูนย์ประสานงานและส่งเสริมการมีงานทำเพื่อสร้างโอกาสของผู้ต้องขังหลังพ้นโทษ การเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมของภาครัฐและเอกชนในการพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพ พัฒนาพฤตินิสัย จากสหวิชาชีพเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมในการใช้ชีวิตอิสระและการอยู่ร่วมกับคนในสังคมหลังจากพ้นโทษ สำหรับอุปสรรคในการฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพด้านกฎหมาย หรือระเบียบที่เอื้อต่อการฝึกอบรมด้านอาชีพยังเป็นข้อจำกัดสำหรับผู้ต้องขังเนื่องจากการฝึกอาชีพจำเป็นที่จะต้องพัฒนาผู้ต้องขังให้เกิดความรู้ความเข้าใจ และมีทักษะในอาชีพ รวมไปถึงข้อจำกัดในเรื่องของสถานที่ อุปกรณ์ ระยะเวลาในการฝึกอาชีพ สำหรับข้อเสนอแนะในการฝึกอาชีพของผู้ต้องขัง คือ ควรเน้นการมีส่วนร่วมของทุกภาคส่วนในการเข้ามาพัฒนาเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมในการประกอบอาชีพหลังจากผู้ต้องขังพ้นโทษ การฝึกอบรมอาชีพควรเน้นอาชีพเพื่อการมีงานทำเพื่อให้ผู้ต้องขังที่พ้นโทษจะสามารถดำเนินชีวิตอิสระได้
