การวิเคราะห์พิธีกรรมการก่อเจดีย์ทรายและพิธีกรรมการเผาหลัวพระเจ้า ในประเพณียี่เป็งของ ชาวไทยอง ตำบลแม่แรง อำเภอป่าซาง จังหวัดลำพูน

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเรื่องนี้มุ่งศึกษาวิเคราะห์พิธีกรรมการก่อเจดีย์ทรายและพิธีกรรมการเผาหลัวพระเจ้าในประเพณี ยี่เป็งของชาวไทยอง ตำบลแม่แรง อำเภอป่าซาง จังหวัดลำพูน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูล จำนวน 20 คน ที่คัดเลือกมาด้วยวิธีคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง โดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การวิจัยศึกษาพิธีกรรมทั้งสองใน 4 ประเด็น ได้แก่ (1) รูปแบบของพิธีกรรม (2) คติความเชื่อ (3) การดำรงอยู่ของพิธีกรรม และ (4) คุณค่าของพิธีกรรมในวิถีชีวิตชาวไทยอง พบว่าพิธีกรรมการก่อเจดีย์ทรายในประเพณียี่เป็งนั้น มีรูปแบบการประกอบพิธีกรรม คติความเชื่อ แตกต่างไปจากการก่อเจดีย์ทรายในประเพณีปีใหม่เมือง ส่วนพิธีกรรมการเผาหลัวพระเจ้าหรือการเผาฟืนเพื่อเป็นพุทธบูชานั้น เป็นการย้ายช่วงเวลาที่เคยจัดในวันเพ็ญเดือน 4 เหนือ มาจัดในประเพณียี่เป็งแต่ยังคงคติความเชื่อและรูปแบบการประกอบพิธีกรรมเช่นเดิม โดยพิธีกรรมทั้งสองนั้นสามารถดำรงอยู่ในชุมชนชาวไทยองจนถึงปัจจุบัน เพราะความเชื่อในเรื่องของโชคดีและชีวิตที่เจริญรุ่งเรืองหากได้ปฏิบัติพิธีกรรมต่อเนื่อง และพิธีกรรมทั้ง 2 ได้ก่อให้เกิดคุณค่าทางจิตใจ ความสามัคคีของชุมชน และอาจจะก่อให้เกิดคุณค่าทางเศรษฐกิจในอนาคตจากการวางแผนการท่องเที่ยวชุมชน
