STRATEGY FOR COOPERATION CREATIONS OF EMERGING COMMUNITIES IN LOCAL DEVELOPMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENTS IN PATHUM THANI PROVINCE

Abstract

The purposes of this research are 1) to Study the character of cooperation in newly formed community, 2) to study The influence factor that in cooperation of newly formed community, 3) To find cooperation building strategy for newly formed community in order to help local community development under the Pathum Thani municipality. This mix method was use; 247 sample. The research tools for this part was questionnaire. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson' s Correlation Coefficient, and Stepwise Multiple Regression analysis. The qualitative part of this research was done by in-depth interview with 21 key informants. The data was analyze by categorizing and interpreted to answer the research question The research found that: 1) The character of cooperation in newly formed community for development of local municipality in Pathum Thani are in high score for the over all. When look into each category, it shoued the level of cooperation in 6 aspects that were in high score. Respectively, the highest score for cooperate category was cooperation between giver and receiver. The least cooperate category was the administration based on scope of duty and Top-down cooperation. 2) Social factors; Political factor and Leadership Factor, The factors that influence the cooperation of newly formed community statistical importance of 0.01. These 3 factors explain the variation of factors that influence the cooperation of newly formed community for the development of local municipality in Pathum Thani at 67.80% and 3) There were 4 strategies for newly formed community in order to help develop local community (1) Vision of Development community leader, (2) Raise awareness and make good conscience with community, (3) Make good communication and coordination. and (4) To develop coordination.
