A STUDY TO COMPARE THE TEACHER SPIRITUALITY OF TEACHERS UNDER THE OFFICE OF CHACHOENGSAO PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 1 AND GOOD TEACHER

Abstract
The purposes of this study were to 1) study the spiritual level of teachers under the Office of Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area 1, 2) study the spiritual level of good teachers, 3) compare the spiritual level of the teachers under the Office of Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area 1 and good teachers, and 4) compare the spiritual level of teachers under the Office of Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area 1, both before and after the development. The results indicated that 1) The spiritual level of teachers under the Office of Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area 1 was at high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the moral aspect was at highest level, while the behavior and knowledge aspects were at high level. 2) The spiritual level of good teachers, both overall and individual aspects were at the highest level, which can be ranked from high to low as follows: moral, behavior, and knowledge aspects. 3) The results of comparative study between the spiritual level of teachers under the Office of Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area 1 and good teachers showed that they were statistically significant differences at the .05 level. 4) The results of comparative study on the spiritual level of teachers under the Office of Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area 1, both before and after the development showed that the spiritual level after the development of teachers was significantly higher than before the development at the .05 level.
