THE PARTICIPATION ROLES OF THE PUBLIC IN TRIAL AND ADJUDICATION ABROAD

Abstract
This article aims to study the participatory roles of the public in trial and adjudication abroad. According to the study, it was found that the jury system, the system of lay judges, as well as the combination of jury system and the system of lay judges have been implemented abroad. All of these three systems, albeit being different in some aspects, provide opportunities for the public to share the judiciary power – one of the three sovereign powers highly valued in democratic countries.
