The objectives of this research were to study, to compare and to guidelines in promoting academic work in the Digital Age of school. Nonthaburi Primary Educational Sevice Area Office 2. The samples were 310 persons administrators and teacher in Nonthaburi Primary Educational Sevice Area Office 2. The research instruments were questionnaire and Semi-Structured Interview. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t – test, One – way ANOVA, LSD and content analysis
The research results founded that : 1) The role of administrators in promoting academic work in the Digital Age of school. Nonthaburi primary educational sevice area office 2. In overall were at a high level. When considering case aspect ranking by desseending order Curriculum development aspect of educational institutions were at a highest level. Learning management, In the development of learning resources, In the field of learning network with communities, departments, organizations and In the development of learning management systems a high level. 2) The comparison of role administrators in promoting academic work in the Digital Age classified by gender in general, not different, but in each aspect of learning management differently. But classified by age, school size and work experience In overall and in different aspects. 3) Guidelines for promoting academic work in the digital age; curriculum analysis to be in line with the digital age. Manage education integrated with flexibility, able to manage a variety of learning. Use technology to play a role Use online learning courses to share knowledge so students can learn on their own. And allowing students to create knowledge by themselves on various platforms. And executives should allocate media resources, technological innovations To support the needs of teachers and learners sufficiently and thoroughly, and use Social Network to communicate Publicize the information and news of the school tointernal and external institutions.
