Abstract
The purposes of this academic article were to study some limitations on the prosecution principles of the Office of the Attorney General and offer perspectives on the performance development of the Office of the Attorney General. Found that the limitation on prosecution principles of the Office of the Attorney General is the prosecution of the prosecutors by opportunity principle. Especially in the case of non-prosecution that people pay attention to, people may question whether the justice process is discriminatory or not, which affects public confidence. Thus, the guideline for building public confidence is emphasizing the right to know the people in accordance with the provisions of the law in the procedures of the Office of the Attorney General. This is based on the official information disclosure principle, and people can check. Finally, these can increase public confidence in the justice of the Office of the Attorney General.
