THE MARKETING MIX STRATEGY IN CO-WORKING SPACE BUSINESS

Abstract
In today's digital age, the nature of work is rapidly evolving due to continuous technological advancements. More flexible and diverse work styles replace traditional office setups, allowing employees to choose where, when, and how they work. This shift has given rise to the co-working space business, which operates on a sharing economy model, allowing individuals to leverage resources and reduce transaction costs across various co-working space options. In an academic article, the author outlines a marketing mix strategy for the co-working space business, covering growth trends, today's business model, and marketing strategies. The marketing mix strategy is a factor that results in a profitable investment which is worthwhile and effective in managing the co-working space business. The strategy provides a guideline for entrepreneurs to apply the information in managing their co-working space business or improves the business strategies of co-working space operators to connect the needs of service users.
