INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR EDUCATIONAL SERVICES IN GRADUATE STUDIY, FACULTY OFHUMANITIES AND SOCIAL SCIENCES, PHRANAKHON RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY

Abstract
The research on the Information system for graduate education services Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Phranakhon Rajabhat University, aims to 1) study and survey the needs for providing educational services using the information system at the graduate level 2) study the structure of the information system for providing educational services at the graduate level 3) propose policies for providing educational services using the information system at the graduate level. This research is a combination of quantitative research and qualitative research. For the quantitative research, the instrument used was a questionnaire. The population group was 80 graduate students. For the qualitative research, in-depth interviews were conducted with 15 key informants.
The research results found that the information system for Graduate education services, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Phranakhon Rajabhat University, the needs for providing educational services using the information system at the graduate level in terms of thesis preparation and independent research, were 76 people, or 95 percent, and the structure of the information system at the graduate level of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, in terms of presenting information in the information system at the graduate level, found that the information presented can be proven or verified as true at a high level. And searching for information in the graduate information system found that searching by encoding students was at the highest level. As for policy recommendations for providing educational services with the graduate information system, it was found that there should be clear public relations about the information system to students, there should be a detailed database of alumni, there should be a link to information with both domestic and international journal databases, there should be development of a modern information system, there should be training for students and personnel, and a strict information security policy should be established.
