Main Article Content
Abstract
This academic article on basic legal knowledge regarding transnational trafficking in human beings for the purpose of organ removal is an offshoot of research on criminal compulsory measures on the investigation of transnational trafficking in human beings for the purpose of organ removal. Its purpose is to make it easier for the general public to understand human trafficking laws and to open up new perspectives on organ trafficking laws, which are only small part of human trafficking laws. Furthermore, this article will explain that organ trafficking is not a typical crime, but rather international organ trafficking involving transnational criminal organizations or the gray market, which also endangers the lives of patients.
