พฤติกรรมและความคาดหวังทางด้านกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการประกอบธุรกิจ : กรณีศึกษานักศึกษาที่เรียนวิชากฎหมายการพาณิชย์ ประจำปีการศึกษา 2/2554

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาพฤติกรรมและความคาดหวังทางด้านกฎหมายที่ เกี่ยวข้องกับการประกอบธุรกิจ : กรณีศึกษานักศึกษาที่เรียนวิชากฎหมายการพาณิชย์ ประจำปีการศึกษา 2/2554 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 2 ประการคือ (1) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการ และความคาดหวังต่อรายวิชาของนักศึกษาในการเรียนวิชากฎหมายการพาณิชย์ (2) เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาการจัดเรียนการสอนให้มีรูปแบบที่เหมาะสมกับนักศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรี โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยแบบผสมทั้งเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ (Mixed-method) กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 หลักสูตรการบัญชี คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัย ราชภัฏสวนดุสิต รวม 100 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) เพื่อเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามจากนักศึกษา และการสัมภาษณ์ อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรทุกหลักสูตรที่เกี่ยวข้องจำนวน 8 คน ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้ใช้ แบบสอบถามและสัมภาษณ์พฤติกรรมและความคาดหวังทางด้านกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ การประกอบธุรกิจของนักศึกษาที่เรียนวิชากฎหมายการพาณิชย์ประจำปีการศึกษา 2/2554 ซึ่งเป็นแบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นเอง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและสถิติอ้างอิง ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญมี (1) นักศึกษามีความสนใจ และ ตั้งใจในการทำรายงานส่งแก่อาจารย์ จึงควรมุ่งเน้นสนับสนุนให้นักศึกษาศึกษาค้นคว้าหาความรู้จากการทำรายงานในเนื้อหารายวิชาดังกล่าวซึ่งเป็นการช่วยให้นักศึกษาได้รับความรู้ เพิ่มเติมมากขึ้นอีกทางหนึ่งด้วย (2) นักศึกษามีความคาดหวังหรือต้องการในเนื้อหาวิชาการ ครบตามที่หลักสูตรกำหนด และนักศึกษาเรียนเพื่อนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการประกอบ วิชาชีพมาก แต่พฤติกรรมในความเป็นจริงของนักศึกษาเองแล้วทำไม่ได้ตามที่คาดหวังไว้ จึงควรนำผลการวิจัยในครั้งนี้เสนอต่อหลักสูตรต่าง ๆ ที่ต้องเรียนวิชากฎหมายการพาณิชย์ เป็นวิชาบังคับ เพื่อให้หลักสูตรพิจารณารายละเอียดของรายวิชานี้ว่าควรให้นักศึกษาได้ ความรู้และสามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการประกอบวิชาชีพได้ตรงกับสาขาของตนเอง ต่อไป และควรนำผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้เสนอต่ออาจารย์ท่านอื่นที่สอนวิชากฎหมายการพาณิชย์ ดังกล่าวไปศึกษาและทำความเข้าใจเพื่อจะเป็นประโยชน์ในการเรียนการสอนในวิชา ดังกล่าวในครั้งต่อไป

BEHAVIOR AND EXPECTATION FOR LEGAL KNOWLEDGE IN BUSINESS: A CASE STUDY OF STUDENTS IN BUSINESS LAW IN SEMESTER 2/2011

This research is to study the behavior and expectation for knowledge in Business law : A case study of students in business law in semester 2/2011, having two objectives such as first, to explore various behavior and expectation of the law undergraduates towards study in class of business law, second, to utilize the output into improvement of teaching business law for more efficiency. A mixed-method is used in this research to the sample of 100 freshmen of Accounting Program, Faculty of Management Science, Suan Dusit Rajabhat University. These undergraduates are requested to complete the questionnaire. In addition, eight lecturers of every concerned program were interviewed to explore behavior and undergraduates expectation for knowledge of business law The questionnaire and the interview script are developed by the researchers. Descriptive and reference statistics were employed to analyze data Two major findings are as follows:

1. The undergraduates are interested in and willing to do assignment, therefore the lecturer should promote searching information relating to assignment for there studies

2. The undergraduates have expectation and demand for study in all academic contents/description as determined by the program and for more utilization in their profession. However, the undergraduates are unable to do pursuant to their aforesaid expectation. Result of this research should be shared to all programs that require their undergraduates to take class of business law as compulsory for reviewing contents/description of this subject to suit for utilization in their professional field. In addition, result of this subject should be shared to other lecturers who teach business law to the benefit of instruction leading to further improvement.
