DEVELOP KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT AND TO ASSESS THE SATISFACTION OF USERS OF THE INTRANET TO SUPPORT KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT OF COMPUTER EDUCATION PROGRAM, BANSOMGEJCHAOPRAYA RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY
This research aims to develop a knowledge management systems and to assess Users satisfaction with the intranet to support knowledge management of Computer Education Program, Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University. The sample used in this study was undergraduate students of Computer Education Program, Faculty of Education, Rajabhat University in the academic year 2556 population of 200 people, which are derived by a (Purposive Sampling) the research tool consists of Web Programming and satisfaction of users. Data were analyzed by using the average and standard deviation. The results showed that, their satisfaction in the development of the intranet system to manage knowledge of statistics. This results in a high level and speculated that system reliability, Average ranks first. The issue of minimum the system must meet and processed quickly. Satisfaction recognition to access the database of knowledge through the intranet.
