ความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการของพนักงานสอบสวน ในเขตพื้นที่สถานีตารวจภูธรบางกรวย

บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ สารวจระดับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการของพนักงาน สอบสวนในเขตพื้นที่สถานีตำรวจภูธรบางกรวยและศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่สัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจโดยการ ศึกษาวิจัยใช้การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ(Survey Research) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ใน การวิจัย คือประชาชนผู้รับการบริการกับ พนักงานสอบสวนในเขตพื้นที่ สภ.บางกรวย ระหว่างเดือน พฤศจิกายน-ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2552 รวมจำนวน 200 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ใช้เพื่อการ วิเคราะห์ทางสถิติ ประกอบด้วย ค่าสถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที ค่าเอฟ

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. ประชาชนผู้รับการบริการกับพนักงานสอบสวนในเขตพื้นที่ สถานีตำรวจภูธรบาง กรวย มีความพึงพอใจต่อการให้บริการของพนักงานสอบสวนในระดับดีมาก 2. ประชาชนที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับ การศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ต่อเดือนที่มาใช้บริการแตกต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจต่อการให้บริการของพนักงาน สอบสวนในเขตพื้นที่ สถานีตำรวจภูธรบางกรวย ไม่แตกต่างกัน

PUBLIC SATISFACTION WITH SERVICES OF INVESTIGATORS OF BANGKRUAI PROVINCIAL POLICE STATION

The objectives of this study were to survey public of satisfaction toward work performance of the policeman and factors affecting towards their satisfaction with work performance of investigators in Bangkruai Police Station area and supportive factors. The sample was 200 people, who used the service of investigators in Bangkruai Police Station area from November to December 2013. The tool used in collecting data was a questionnaire. In the data analysis, the researcher used computer program for statistical analysis, to find out statistics of percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test.

The result of study found that 1) people who used the service of investigators of Bangkruai Police Station area had satisfaction with the service of investigators in a very good level; 2) the people with different genders, age, education level, occupation and monthly income did not have different with the service.
