การศึกษาทักษะการใช้งานโปรแกรมค้นหาของนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยราชพฤกษ์

Abstract

การศึกษาทักษะการใช้โปรแกรมค้นหาของนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยราชพฤกษ์ ในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา ปัญหาในการใช้งานโปรแกรมค้นหา และศึกษาทักษะและความเข้าใจในการใช้งานโปรแกรมค้นหา โดยเปรียบเทียบ ผลหลังจากมีความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้องในการใช้งานโปรแกรมค้นหา โดยการศึกษาดังกล่าวใช้นักศึกษาวิทยาลัยราช พฤกษ์เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 345 คน ในการดำเนินการศึกษาได้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในเรื่องการใช้งานอินเทอร์เน็ต และการใช้งานโปรแกรมค้นหา ซึ่งจะนำผลลัพธ์จากการทำแบบทดสอบมาเปรียบเทียบก่อนและหลังได้รับคู่มือแนะนำการ ใช้โปรแกรมค้นหา เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพการเรียนรู้ในการใช้โปรแกรมค้นหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม ค้นหาของนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยราชพฤกษ์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง – ระดับต่ำ โดยนักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่ยังมีความเข้าใจที่ผิด ในเรื่องความหมายของโปรแกรมค้นหา รวมไปถึงความเข้าใจในการใช้งานโปรแกรมค้นหาขั้นสูงที่นักศึกษาไม่เคยมี ประสบการณ์การใช้งาน จากการทดสอบพบว่าทักษะในส่วนการใช้งานขั้นสูง ในเรื่องตรรกะบูลีน อยู่ในระดับน้อย(  =1.65, S.D.=0.32) และตัวดำเนินการขั้นสูง อยู่ในระดับน้อย (  =1.69, S.D.=0.23) ภายหลังจากที่ได้รับ คู่มือความเข้าใจ ในเรื่องตรรกะบูลีน (  =3.99, S.D.=0.58) อยู่ในระดับมาก และตัวดำเนินการขั้นสูง อยู่ในระดับ มาก (  =4.04, S.D.=0.39) ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้เสนอแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งานโปรแกรมค้นหา ด้วยการ เพิ่มทักษะและความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้องในการใช้งานโปรแกรมค้นหา โดยจัดทำคู่มือการใช้งานแก่นักศึกษาทาให้ความเข้าใจ และทักษะในการใช้งานโปรแกรมค้นหา

SEARCH ENGINE USAGE SKILL STUDY OF RATCHAPHRUEK COLLEGE’S STUDENT

The objectives of this were to study the problems in using search engine and level of skill and knowledge in using search engine. The results of the test, both before and after using the received search engine manual, were compared in this study. The sample were has 345 Ratchaphruek College’s students. Instruments to collect data for data collection of this study were a questionnaire and a search engine usage skill test such as internet usage and search engine usage. Data was used to compare value before and after getting search engine manual to find out the efficiency to learn the search engine usage. The results were as follows: Students had a medium level of search engines usage skill. Most of them didn’t understand the meaning and type of search engine as well as never used advance mode of search engine. The result of search engine usage skill test as follow : Students had a low skill of advance mode usage, Boolean Logic (  =1.65, S.D.=0.32) and a low skill of Search engines operators (  =1.69, S.D.=0.23). After they received search engine manual, it was found that there were good skill of advance mode usage, Boolean Logic (  =3.99, S.D.=0.58) and search engines operators (  =4.04, S.D.=0.39). This study presented how to develop search engine usage skill by learning from manual that the problem of lacking skills could be finally solved. The students had search engine usage skill in a level, that higher than before study.
