การประเมินเพื่อการเรียนรู้ในวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนบางปลาม้า “สูงสุมารผดุงวิทย์”

Assessment for Learning in Mathematics for Mathayomsuksa 6 Students  at Bangplama Soongsumarnphadungwit School

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนในวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง การแจกแจง
ปกติ โดยจัดทำแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่องการแจกแจงปกติ ที่เน้นการประเมินเพื่อการ
เรียนรู้และจัดการเรียนการสอนตามแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้กับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียน
บางปลาม้า "สูงสุมารผดุงวิทย์" ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2556 และ 2557 จำนวน 36 คน และ 37 คน
ตามลำดับ ดำเนินการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนจำนวน 2วงจรและศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนที่เกิดขึ้น
ในด้านความรู้ ทักษะและกระบวนการทางคณิตศาสตร์ และคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์จาก การตรวจใบงาน
และประเมินตามแบบประเมินทักษะและกระบวนการทางคณิตศาสตร์ แบบประเมินคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์
และแบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ แบบปรนัย 4 ตัวเลือก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
โดยการหาร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. แผนการจัด การเรียนรู้ที่เน้น
การประเมินเพื่อการเรียนรู้ ใช้แนวทางในการจัดทำแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ ประกอบด้วย 1) แบ่งเนื้อหา
ออกเป็นเนื้อหาย่อย 2) แจ้งวัตถุประสงค์ของการเรียน 3) ประเมินเพื่อการเรียนรู้จากการตรวจใบงาน
การสังเกตพฤติกรรมและให้ข้อมูลย้อนกลับแก่นักเรียนในการแก้ไขงาน 4) เปิดโอกาสให้นักเรียนในการ
พัฒนาและปรับปรุงงาน 5) นักเรียนตรวจสอบการเรียนรู้ของตนเอง 2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนด้านความรู้
นักเรียนจำนวน 34 คน ในวงจรที่ 1 และ 35 คนในวงจรที่ 2 ได้คะแนนผ่านเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 60 จากการ
สอบด้วยแบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนด้านทักษะและกระบวนการทางคณิตศาสตร์ มีร้อยละ
ของค่าเฉลี่ยในแต่ละทักษะและกระบวนการทางคณิตศาสตร์ผ่านเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 80 โดยมีเพียงด้านการ

The objective of this study was to improve students’ achievement in mathematics entitled, "the normal distribution" based on lesson plans that focus on assessment
for learning. The samples were 36 and 37 Mathayomsuksa 6 students at
BangplamaSoongsumarnphadungwit School in the second semester of Academic years 2013
and 2014, respectively. The research was carried out in 2 cycles during which the assessments were done to test students’ achievement in mathematics, mathematics learning process, and desired traits. The tools used to collect the data were worksheets, mathematics learning process assessment forms, desired traits assessment forms and achievement test on Normal Distribution multiple-choice 4 options scale. Percentage, mean and standard deviation were used for analyzing data.The results of the research were as follows: 1. the lesson plans on "the normal distribution" that focus on assessment for learning consisting of 5 principles, that is, 1) the main topic was divided into a suitable number of subtopics, 2) the learning objectives of the topic were clearly stated, 3) the formative assessments were done continuously by marking students’ worksheets and observing students’ behavior, 4) the students were informed of their mistakes and consequently learned from those mistakes, and 5) the students were aware of their current performance. 2. In terms of students’ achievement, 34 students in cycle 1 and 35 students in cycle 2 scored: with the average of 60% on the achievement test, with the average of 80% on the mathematics learning process assessment, with the average of 77.90% on reasoning, and with the average of 80% in all aspects of the desired traits assessment.
