การวิจัยเรื่อง การบริหารจัดการธุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้างในนิคมอุตสาหกรรม มาบตาพุดเป็นการศึกษา
วิจัยเชิงสำรวจ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของ ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม 2) ศึกษา

ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการของธุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้างในนิคมอุตสาหกรรม มาบตาพุด
4) ศึกษาปัญหาของธุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้างในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมมาบตาพุด 5) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง
การบริหารจัดการกับปัญหาของธุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้าง ในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมมาบตาพุด เครื่องมือที่ใช้
ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้าง
ในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมมาบตาพุด จำนวน 502 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างหาได้จากตารางกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างทาโร่ยามาเน่
ได้จำนวน 222 ตัวอย่าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป ประมวลผลด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ สถิติที่ใช้ใน
การวิจัยได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าอีต้า ผลการวิจัยสรุป ได้ดังนี้ 1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล
ของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุ 31-40 ปี ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ตำแหน่งวิศวกร
โครงการ มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 11-15 ปี 2) ปัจจัยเกี่ยวกับงานตามความคิดเห็นของผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ
ธุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้าง โดยภาพรวมผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม มีความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยเกี่ยวกับงานของธุรกิจ
รับเหมาก่อสร้าง อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับความสำคัญของจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้ดังนี้ ด้านแรงงาน
ด้านเวลา ด้านวัสดุและด้านต้นทุน 3) การบริหารจัดการของธุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้างตามความคิดเห็นของ
ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม เกี่ยวกับธุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้าง โดยภาพรวมผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม มีความคิดเห็นต่อการ
บริหารจัดการของธุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้าง อยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการจัดการ
คุณภาพ ด้านการวางแผน ด้านการจัดการองค์กรและด้านการควบคุม 4) ปัญหาของธุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้าง
ในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมมาบตาพุด พบว่าปัญหาด้านคนและค่าจ้างเป็นปัญหามากที่สุด รองลงมาเป็นปัญหา
ด้านการเงิน และวัสดุ เครื่องทุ่นแรง ตามลำดับ 5) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารจัดการกับปัญหาของ
ธุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้าง ในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมมาบตาพุด พบว่า การบริหารจัดการมีความสัมพันธ์กับปัญหา
ของธุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้าง ในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมมาบตาพุด อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

This research on the construction work management At Maptaphut
industrial estate was a survey research with the objectives of studying (1) the personal
factors of respondents, (2) the opinions on the activities affecting the construction
work management in the industrial estate, (3) the opinions on the construction work
management in the industrial estate, (4) the problems of the construction work management
in the industrial estate, and (5) the relationship between the construction work management
and problems in the industrial estate. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The
samples were 502 people involved in the construction work management the industrial
estate. The sample sizes of 222 respondents were derived from Taro Yamane table. The
data was analyzed by using statistical application program. Statistics for analyzing data
were percentage, standard deviations, Chi-square and Eta values. The fndings showed
that: (1) For personal factors of respondents: the majority of respondents were male, aged
between 31-40 years, held bachelor’s degree, held the position of project engineers, and
had a work experience of 11-15 years; (2) For the opinions on the activities affecting the
construction work management in Industrial Estate, the overall opinions were high, with
the importance ranking of the variables from high to low as: labor, times, materials, and
costs; (3) the opinions on the construction work management in Industrial Estate, the
overall opinions were high, with the importance ranking of the variables from high to low
as: quality management, planning, organizing, and controlling; (4) For the problems of the
construction work management in Industrial Estate, it was found that the problems about
labor and wages were the most serious, followed by problems about fnance, materials,
and equipment, respectively; and (5) For the relationship between the construction work
management and problems in the industrial estate; it was found that there were moderate
associations between construction work management and the problems.
