GUIDELINES OF DEVELOPMENT IN EDUCATIONAL POTENTIALITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES OF YOUTH IN TAK HIGH LANDE

Abstract

Research subject Developing the potential and educational opportunities of the youth on the plateau in Tak Province Has 3 objectives 1) to study the educational opportunities of youth on the plateau in Tak. 2) to improve the educational potential of the youth on the plateau in Tak. 3) to propose guidelines for the development of the youth on the plateau in Tak Province. By specifying the study issues in 4 areas which are the creation of learning resources, increasing educational opportunities, career guidance, and teaching and learning development By using integrated research methods In order to get the truthful information that will be used in education and propagate leading to changes in the education system. Which the research results Can be summarized into 10 issues as follows. 1) Must improve the development of education. 2) Budget should be allocated to ensure equality And appropriateness as needed. 3) Create responsibility for the social sector at all levels. Since the parents, the community, policy makers. 4) Promoting educational reform Both in the quality of teachers, curriculum and the use of technology at all levels and all types of education. 5)Creating innovation and a society for lifelong learning. 6)Should promote ethics. Awareness of rights, duties, equality, benefit to society. 7)Promoting the promotion of teacher status to higher professions Support teacher development And have enough teachers in every classroom and learning center. 8) Raise awareness of society and communities to see, understand and participate in education.  9) Create participation at the area level By focusing on the participation of parents of communities, schools, local administrative organizations Government agencies and the private sector. 10) Promote the creation of networks both inside and outside of the school and emphasize the participation of working as one.
