          This journal article aims to present the ideas of principles, Objectives and the management to move the moral community forward by using the joining force of Borwon (home,wat,school) in order to enhance the community cooperation and creating knowledge with moral. The 20 -year national strategy sets out the vision that "the country is stable, wealthy and sustainable, a developed country with the development of the philosophy of sufficiency economy". The Ministry of Culture has set a strategy to align with the national strategy with the vision "Strong Thai culture is the cornerstone of sustainable development of the country's people, society and economy by focusing on creating good people, good society, Virtue and morality, which will strengthen the moral community, moral organization", as well as the need to continue. To be creative Religious, arts and culture works using religion, art, culture as a casting machine. To strengthen social values and strengthen the institutions of family, community, society and the nation. The company has a good value to live in love with unity.

          The ministry of culture as an organization that plays the role of preserving, promoting and nourishing the Buddhist religious affair by presenting the main issues as the principles of moving the moral community forward. 1) The moral community acceptance of sufficient economy, 2) The moving forward action of the moral community acceptance of sufficient economy with Borwon power, 3) The way of creating strength of Borwon for stability,wealthy,and sustainability of the moral community acceptance of sufficient economy. Resulting in strong Borwon with people moral, family moral, organization moral, community moral and society moral which are the main power of Thailand.
