THE DEVELOPMENT MODEL OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CHARACTERISTICS OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AND SCHOOL QUALITY ASSURANCE IN THE NEW NORMAL ERA

Abstract

Abstract

          The objectives of this research article are 1) to study the characteristics of educational institution administrators and quality assurance within educational institutions in the New Normal era. 2) To develop a model of the relationship between the characteristics of school administrators and quality assurance within educational institutions in the New Normal era. 3) To present a model of the relationship between the characteristics of educational institution administrators and quality assurance within educational institutions in New Normal era using multi-phase mixed methods research, that is, the researcher used research tools consisting of 1) in-depth interviews with 12 people, 2) group discussions with 9 people/person and 3) Use a questionnaire for a sample of 234 people to analyze the data with statistics including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Correlation patterns are presented with accompanying tables.

          The results of the research found that 1. 5 aspects of characteristics are (1) the aspect of managing educational institutions to be successful (2) the aspect of integrating moral and ethical principles, etc. According to the 4 Brahmavihāra principles (3) personality aspect (4) leadership aspect (5) human relations aspect. 2. Development of the model in 3 areas: (1) student quality Training students to have the ability to read, write, and communicate (2) in the learning and learning process that emphasizes the learner as important (3) in the administrative and management process. 3. Present the model in 3 areas: (1) model for successful school administration Administrators must have important characteristics, namely morality, ethics, personality, and good human relations. (2) The format for the teaching and learning process that is learner-focused is - planning the format - listening to teachers' problems. Parents about student learning - encourage teachers to develop themselves and adapt to on-site, online, via the internet, and on-hand learning methods, (3) for quality assessment.
