INFLUENTIAL FACTORS TOWARDS ADMINISTRATIVE EFFICIENCY OF THA UTHEN SUBDISTRICT MUNICIPALITY, THA UTHEN DISTRICT, NAKHON PHANOM PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study influential factors towards administrative efficiency of Tha Uthen Subdistrict Municipality, Tha Uthen District, Nakhon Phanom Province, and 2) to study development guidelines on administration of Tha Uthen Subdistrict Municipality, Tha Uthen District, Nakhon Phanom Province. The sample groups were 73 of the administrative committee, members of Municipality, and officials at Tha Uthen Subdistrict Municipality, Tha Uthen District, Nakhon Phanom Province. The research tool for data collection was questionnaire. The statistics for data analysis were Mean ( ) and Standard Deviation (S.D.).

          The research findings were found that influential factors towards administrative efficiency of Tha Uthen Subdistrict Municipality, Tha Uthen District, Nakhon Phanom Province had 7 aspects, viz. strategy and structures of the organization, operation system, personnel, skill, knowledge, ability, administrative formats, and values of personnel. About the development guidelines on the administration of Tha Uthen Subdistrict Municipality, Tha Uthen District, Nakhon Phanom Province, were found that the strategy of the organization should be more clearly planned. The structure of the organization should be put the right man on the right job for the effective work. The operating system should have an annual operation plan. The administrative formats should have both proactive and reactive plan. The personnel should often be trained in their right job. The skill, knowledge, and ability should be practiced and trained at least twice a year. The values of personnel should be clearly set operation with one another
