TEACHINGS IN THERAVADA BUDDHISM

Abstract

          The teaching in Theravada Buddhism with the important characteristics is the genius, intellect and benevolence of the Lord Buddha with the prominence of clear presentation of the dharma - not too easy and not too hard for the listeners. When listening, Buddhists could understand the Dharma which was of beauty in the preliminary, midst and in the end. Distinction of the teaching of the Lord Buddha in Dharma showed that some people who did not yet have faith could become the believers in Buddhism. His Highness intended to train the trainees to access unexpectedly, gently, seriously, as well as to teach methods that created a warm feeling and created good friendships which represented the kindness with the highest abundance and prosperity in the Buddhist charity. The differences between castes, status, beliefs, and education had different opinions. The Lord Buddha used the ability to heal differences by adhering to principles and disciplines. The Lord Buddha is composed of benevolence and wisdom because the Buddha could teach Dharma to people at all levels with a variety of principles that the Lord Buddha displayed for the minds of those who listened to it. The person loses consciousness and the conscious person are ready to be implemented to the point of death and with a variety of listeners of many different levels, as well as requesting to reach him as a building requesting the Triple Gem and requesting the ordination. The Lord Buddha could eliminate gaps and differences with truth by not creating a caste system and in the end, the Lord Buddha desired the virtue which will cause the progress of Buddhism.
