Abstract
This research aims to study the actual necessity and desirable conditions and to study the guidelines of academic management according to the new normal education in Nong Khai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The target populations are 105 schools. Respondents were randomly from 272 administrators and teachers in those areas. The data were collected via two phases. Phase I is the questionnaire to study the actual and desirable conditions of the academic management. The quantitative data were collected via these questionnaires with 5-scale setting. The questionnaire's coefficient of validity α = 0.96. Data were analyzed by software computer with many types of statistic such as frequency distribution, percentage, mean and standard deviation to get the Priority Needs Index based on the Modified Priority Needs Index (PNIModified). Phase II is an interviewing 7 educational qualified persons to find out the academic management guidelines according to the new normal education. The Semi-Structured Interview was used in this research. The data were identified as analyze Induction by interpreting, reasoning, summarizing and presented as the lectures.
The result showed that the actual and desirable condition of academic management according to the new normal education, the whole frame is on the high level (= 4.34) with the maximum level (= 4.87). Data showed the highest essential need value is making cooperation to student’s parents and communities (PNI Modified = 0.118), and the lowest essential need value is setting the learning method (PNI Modified = 0.098). In the other hand, the result for the academic management guidelines revealed that the school administrators should take the actions which are 1) Making cooperation and good communication to student’s parents and communities by improving the student care system and encouraging the desirable attribute to the learners
