COLLABORATIVE LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AFFECTING QUALITY SCHOOLS UNDER BUENG KAN SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract
This research is designed to 1) study the collaborative leadership of school administrators within Bueng Kan Secondary Educational Service Area Office. 2) To examine the quality of schools under the Bueng Kan Secondary Educational Service Area Office (3) to examine how school administrators' collaborative leadership affects school quality within Bueng Kan secondary educational service area office. A survey methodology is used to collect data, focusing on 286 administrators and teachers from the Bueng Kan secondary educational service area office. This survey was conducted using the formula of Taro Yamane, stratified random sampling, and five rating scale questions.
According to research results: 1) school administrators' collaborative leadership is good and distinguishable in collaborative decisions. 2) The schools’ quality is good and distinguishable in students’ quality. 3) Relationship between the collaborative leadership of schools’ administrators and the quality school under Bueng Kan Secondary Educational Service Area Office is good, the Pearson Correlation Coefficient result is positive with a statistical significance level of .01 and distinguishable in schools’ commitment. The result of the regression coefficient in the 3 collaborative leadership of school administrators as commitment, vision, and trust. The prediction of the schools’ quality was at 64.4 with a statistical significance level of .05.
