Abstract
The research had purposes 1) to study the environment of educational institutes for best practice: study case of Triamudomsuksapattanakarn School, Udon Thani 2) to study the guidelines of management for best practice: study case of Triamudomsuksapattanakarn School, Udon Thani, the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Udonthani. This research is qualitative research, using the tools as follow, interview form, observation form, and document checklist form. Target group of this research was administrative, teachers, school committee, parents, and students which were 33 people in total
The result was found that the whole situation of educational institutes for best practice is that schools have all 7 compositions to gether with for organization lead for strategies for students and stakeholders for measurement, analyze, and knowledge management for personnel in operation and in result of being school for best practice in order to take into action until reaching success and the result is tangible. It also includes participation in setting vision, establish strategic that aims for best practice, listening to the needs of students and stakeholders, measurement, analysis, systematic knowledge and technology management, developing teachers to be professionals, set the standard of work system capability, innovation development, preparation for urgent situation, conclusion of teachers’, students’ and school’s qualities for school management of best practice. The guidelines of management for best practice: study case of Triamudomsuksapattanakarn School, Udon Thani, the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Udonthani is as follow; the school has all 7 compositions for management of educational institute of best practice, and the school has succeeded in awards 1) World – Class Standard School 2) Leading School for Change 3) Lab School 4) OBECQA awarded school and 5) Royal Awarded school
