Abstract
This research article the purpose is to study the concepts, theories, and research related to legal measures to control excessive food in Thailand and abroad. This study is a qualitative study. There are methods for studying documents, research, articles, and various factors.
Research has shown that the majority of surplus food, whether from stores, department stores, or food that is about to expire. These things are distributed proportionally, such as donated, fertilized, or converted into energy, and eventually discarded. Impact on life and the environment without organizational and legal measures. The calculation of food and garbage is not yet clear, but can only be inferred based on garbage data classified as food. The solution and suggestions are: 1) Take legal measures to establish redundant food distribution centers. Junk food is the same in every area to distribute care and benefits as quickly and thoroughly as possible. 2) Take cooperative measures between public and private sectors, participate in Problem management, and propose solutions for both parties. 3) Formulate legal measures for people involved in transporting excess food and Junk food. You must register as a legal person to receive tax relief benefits.
