           This research aimed to achieve the following threefold objectives: 1) to examine the level of leadership in providing services exhibited by local politicians. 2) to compare the service leadership displayed by local politicians based on various personal factors. 3) to explore the factors that influence the service leadership of local politicians. A mixed-method research approach was employed for this study. The conceptual framework drew upon the traits of successful leaders identified by Stogdill, as well as the concept of service leadership developed by Patterson. The sample size was determined using the Krejcie & Morgan formula, resulting in the selection of 384 participants through a simple random sampling technique. Additionally, 15 community leaders were interviewed. The research instruments included a questionnaire and an interview guide. The reliability of the questionnaire was high, with a coefficient of .95. The interview data were analyzed using content analysis. Statistical techniques such as frequency analysis, percentage calculation, mean and standard deviation calculation, as well as multiple regression analysis, were employed for data analysis.

          The findings of the study revealed the following: 1) Overall, the level of service leadership exhibited by local politicians was found to be exceptionally high. When examining each aspect individually, trust, vision, humility, service, and empowerment were rated at very high levels, respectively. 2) When comparing the service leadership of local politicians based on personal factors such as gender, age, educational level, occupation, income, and duration of residency in the area, statistically significant differences were observed. This suggests that individuals with different personal characteristics hold distinct expectations regarding the leadership qualities of local politicians, with a significance level of .05. 3) The factors that influenced the service leadership of local politicians were identified as successful leadership, responsibility, participation, and situational factors. These factors were found to significantly impact the service leadership of local politicians at a significance level of .05 and collectively accounted for 65.58% of the predictive power
