Under the jurisdiction of the Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3, with an integrated research methodology. The sample group included 163 schools under the Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3, using a random sampling method according to Krejcie and Morgan's tables, totaling 105 schools. The group providing information was school administrators. study and teacher Tools used in this research Rating Scale Questionnaire and interview questions Statistics used in data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Study of management guidelines by selecting a specific group of informants. Using structured interviews and content analysis, the issues obtained from the state of educational institution administration according to good governance principles were used to create points in the interviews to find guidelines for educational institution administration.
