Abstract
The purposes of this research to: (1) to study The super leadership of school administrators school under Bangkok metropolitan (2) to compare super leadership of school administrators according to the perception of the teachers in school under Bangkok metropolitan, based on level of education, work experience, and academic position.This research is a survey research.The samples group used in this research consisted of 370 school teachers under Bangkok metropolitan from a total population of 13,597 people by using Multi-stage Sampling. Data were collected by questionnaires Statistics used to The statistics used in the research were mean, standard deviation, t-test, and One-way Analysis of Variance.
The findings reveal that: 1) The perception of the teachers on The super leadership of school administrators school under Bangkok metropolitan, both overall and each aspect, was at a high level. 2) The perception of the teachers, with different degrees, on the super leadership of school administrators school under Bangkok metropolitan, overall differed statistically significant at the .05 level. when considering each aspect, in terms creating self-leadership, being a model of self-leadership, supporting and reinforcement and building a culture of self-leadership differed statistically significant at the .05 level. And in other aspect were not difference. 3) The overall perception of the teachers, at different work experience, on the super leadership of school administrators school under Bangkok metropolitan both overall had no difference and when considering each aspect, in terms setting goal and vision and facilitation to make self-leadership differed statistically significant at the .05 level and 4)The overall perception of the teachers, with different academic position, on the super leadership of school administrators in school under Bangkok metropolitan, overall and in each aspect were not difference.
